This farmhouse is a recently completed 3 storey villa in the village of Qala (Gozo) located in an elevated private road, with country and sea views, 5 mins walk to village centre for local shops from where one can find a good selection of bars and restaurants.
Upon entering through the courtyard one can find a large sitting room with a TV situated in an open plan with the kitchen/dining area which is of an ideal size for family and entertainment. On the ground floor one can also find a cloakroom, a restroom and a bedroom equipped with twin beds with en suite shower.Outside one can find the pool 5.5m X3.2m and deck area with a charcoal BBQ. Stairs to the ground floor lead to a second large living area with a balcony overlooking the pool area, with sea and country views of Gozo. There are 2 en-suite double bedrooms on this floor and a balcony overlooking the pool area. A fourth bedroom with double bed and en suite shower is located on the second floor and is accessed by a rustic spiral staircase from the first floor living room. This room commands panoramic views over the Gozo Channel and includes access to a large roof terrace.
