This newly built house of character is located in the
village of Nadur, Gozo. Built with many old style features, including arches,
colorful patterned tiles and wooden beams.
The ground floor consists of a lovely arched hallway adorned
with old style patterned tiles. One double bedroom, full bathroom,
washroom and a very large, fully equipped kitchen/dining &
living room complete with cable TV. The 20 feet by 10 feet swimming
pool, large garden and spacious sunbathing & BBQ area are
located at the back of the house from where you can enjoy open
country and sea views.
The authentic limestone stairs from within the house takes you
up to the first floor where you will find 3 double bedrooms.
Two of which have showers en-suite while another bedroom has a
bathroom en-suite.
From the first floor a spiral staircase takes you up to the
second floor where you will find another double bedroom with
shower en-suite. This bedroom has two terraces, one to the front
of the house and another large terrace facing a
beautiful view.
This charming house is entirely furnished in Swedish pine
country style furniture all around.
Gozo’s largest sandy beach ”Ramla Bay” is
only 5 minutes away.
